Boston Spirit Magazine says:
Fortunately, there’s help, most notably in the form of It’s About Time, Boston’s first gay wedding planning firm, and GayWeddings.com, the internet’s first community wedding web site for the GLBT community…To help keep the wedding-planning process from driving you to contemplate forgetting the whole affair, both companies offer assistance with everything from finding gay wedding officiates and choosing the wording for your invititions to working with GLBT-friendly caterers.
Said one Gay Weddings 101 – Boston participant:
It was reassuring to hear that other couples were having the same issues with family communications, especially budgets. Wish my mom could have been here as well!
