New GLBT Lesbian Wedding Song Released

Donna Burke contacted me to tell me about her new album and a song that would make for a nice complement to any gay, but especially a lesbian, wedding.

In her words, "Wherever You Go is from the Book of Ruth 1:16,17 and is about one woman telling another that no matter where she goes or where she dies she will follow her- I used to sing it at heaps of weddings and even though it is tres daggy- it is very romantic too and was written thousands of years ago!"

You can download the song from iTunes or buy the album online. Learn more about Donna and hear a sample of Wherever You Go on her web page .

Tell it Ruth!

"Wherever you go
I shall go
Wherever you live
So shall I live
Your people will be my people
And your God will be my God too

"Wherever you die
I shall die
And there shall I be buried beside you
We will be together forever
And our love will be the gift of our life"
